You buy the unit (Home Depot, Amazon, etc). We install whatever you've got.
Support bracket
NYC required by city regulations
Mandatory by NYC building code. Can be purchased separately or provided by us at additional cost.
Foam insulation
Around the unit for energy efficiency and to keep dust + insects out.
