Diagnostic is $100 and comes off the repair if you go ahead. Below is what the job itself usually runs.
Descaling and clearing a clog
around $150Machine runs but pushes almost nothing through, or the pump whines. Most common call, and the cheapest.
Seals, brew unit, water valve
$150–$260Leaks underneath, coffee comes out weak, or the brew unit jams halfway.
Pump or thermoblock
$260–$360No pressure at all, or coffee never gets properly hot. Part-heavy job on superautomatics.
Grinder burrs, control board, display
up to $360Grinder screams or won't feed; panel dead or throwing an error that survives a reset.
Built-in machines (Miele, Bosch, Thermador, Wolf, Gaggenau) carry the premium service call of $150 — pulling the unit out of the cabinet is half the job. On a pod machine we'll usually tell you not to bother, see the brand list above.

How much does coffee machine repair cost?
Typical coffee machine repair runs $150-$360 plus a $100 diagnostic credited to the repair. Descaling and gasket jobs are at the lower end; pump or heating-element work sits higher.
Do you fix espresso machines and built-in units?
Yes. We service Breville, De'Longhi, Jura, Gaggia, Keurig, Nespresso, Miele, and most built-in coffee systems. Premium and built-in machines are almost always worth repairing versus replacing.
Is it worth repairing a pod machine?
Sometimes. A leaking or clogged Keurig or Nespresso is often a cheap descale or seal fix. But if it needs a new pump on a sub-$120 machine, we'll honestly tell you a replacement is the better call.
My espresso machine leaks water underneath — why?
Usually a worn group-head gasket, a cracked water tank seal, or a tired pump O-ring. All are common, same-day fixes once we open it up and pressure-test the circuit.
The machine runs but the coffee is weak and cool — what's that?
Most often scale buildup choking the boiler and flow, or a failing heating element or thermoblock. We descale, verify brew temperature with a probe, and replace the element if it's out of spec.
