Do you repair De'Longhi Magnifica machines?
Yes — Magnifica is the De'Longhi we see most, along with Dinamica and Eletta. Typical repair is $150–$360 including parts and labor, with the $100 diagnostic credited to the repair. We work at your apartment across Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan below 110th.
My Magnifica leaks water underneath and the coffee got weak. What's wrong?
Two symptoms, usually one cause: the brew unit. Its seals harden, water escapes past them into the tray, and pressure drops so the shot comes out thin and cool. On De'Longhi the brew unit is removable, so we service or replace it on site — no need to send the machine anywhere.
Do you fix De'Longhi Pinguino portable air conditioners?
Yes. Portable AC is a separate line of work for us anyway, so a Pinguino that won't cool, leaks water or shuts down after a few minutes is a normal call. If a fault turns out to be a sealed refrigerant circuit, that legally requires EPA-608 certification — we diagnose it and hand off to our certified partner rather than pretending otherwise.
Do you repair De'Longhi oil heaters?
No. Heaters aren't our line — we'd rather say that up front than take a service call and drive out for nothing. Coffee machines and portable air conditioners are the De'Longhi products we service.
Are you an authorized De'Longhi service center?
No, we're independent. If your machine is still in factory warranty, use De'Longhi's own service so you keep it. Out of warranty, an independent visit is usually faster and cheaper, and the technician who diagnoses your machine is the one who fixes it.
How do I stop it happening again?
Filtered water and descaling on schedule — NYC water is hard, and scale is what kills these machines. The technician sets the water hardness on the machine and shows you the right interval before leaving. It's a minute of work that saves the next repair.
