What does diagnostic cost?
Our diagnostic fee is $100 and is fully credited toward the repair if you proceed.
Same-day service, really?
Yes, in most cases. Call before 2pm and we'll have a technician at your door the same day across Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan below 110th.
What's covered by your 90-day warranty?
If the same issue returns within 90 days of the repair, we come back free: no trip charge, no labor. Parts under manufacturer warranty are replaced at our cost.
Which brands do you service?
Sub-Zero, Viking, Miele, Wolf, Thermador, Bosch, KitchenAid, Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool, and most others. Sealed refrigerant repairs (Freon work) require EPA 608 certification, so we refer those jobs to a certified partner so you still get a same-day answer.

Do you provide a COI for doorman buildings?
Yes. We're insured and send a Certificate of Insurance naming your building before the appointment, standard for doorman and managed buildings in NYC.
