Why is my Maytag washer not spinning?
Start with the simple things: lid fully closed, load spread evenly, and HE detergent in the right amount — suds alone can stop a spin. If the drum still won't spin, or the washer hums without moving, it's usually the lid lock, a drive part or the motor, and that's a repair visit.

Are you Maytag authorized service?
No. Sprocket is an independent repair service, not authorized by or affiliated with Maytag or Whirlpool. Under the factory warranty, use their service. Out of warranty, our repairs carry a 90-day warranty.
