- Drain error on a ventless dryer$100

We clear the drain pump and its filter, flush the condenser channel and the sump, then run a full cycle to confirm the error is gone and the tank empties as it should.
Fits: Bosch and Siemens ventless (condenser and heat-pump) dryers — the models that collect water in a tank instead of venting outside.
If the pump itself has failed rather than clogged, that is a part — we show you the price before ordering anything.

Taking your window air conditioner out for the winter
We take the unit out of the window, clean the filter and the front coil while it is down, and leave it wherever you want it stored for the winter.
Fits: Window and through-the-wall units, one unit per price.
Several units in one visit — say so when you call and we quote it on the spot, it is cheaper than four separate visits.

Refrigerator air filter cleaning — Liebherr included
We get to the air filter and clean it — it is washed, not replaced, so there is nothing for you to buy. We also check that the airflow through the fresh-food compartment is not blocked and clean the drip channel where the smell usually starts.
Fits: Liebherr, Sub-Zero, Bosch, LG, Samsung — any fridge with a charcoal or air filter.
A water filter is a different part — that one is replaced, not cleaned, and the cartridge is bought separately. Ask on the call and we will tell you what your model takes.
- The window AC smells musty when it starts$100
Quick clean of a window AC: front coil and filter
We clean the filter and the front coil, clear the condensate tray where the smell comes from, and check that the water drains instead of sitting inside.
Fits: Window units still in the window — no removal needed.
This is the quick clean that kills the smell. A full strip-down deep clean of a badly fouled unit is a bigger job and priced separately.

Before you call
- Is the $100 on top of a call-out fee?
- No. One hundred dollars is the whole visit: travel, diagnostic and the work described. Nothing is added when the technician arrives.
- What if my problem turns out to be something else?
- The technician tells you what it actually is and what the repair costs from our published price book, before starting. You are free to decline and pay only the diagnostic.
- Do you take the window unit away?
- We take it out of the window and leave it where you want it stored — a closet, a basement, a corner of the room. Disposal of an old unit is a separate service, ask on the call.
- How soon can you come?
- Often the same day. Call and the receptionist will tell you the nearest slot — it answers 24/7, and in Spanish, Russian and several other languages.
