We no longer repair multicookers

Multicookers and Instant Pots are inexpensive appliances, and a proper repair — diagnosis, a part and the labor — usually costs more than a new unit. That math rarely works out in your favor, so as of October 2026 we’ve stopped taking these jobs rather than charge you for a repair that isn’t worth it.

If yours is still under the manufacturer’s warranty — most are covered for a year — check the warranty first and contact the manufacturer or the retailer you bought it from. Repairing it ourselves could void coverage you’ve already paid for.
