We book around the building's rules: service-elevator hours, sign-in at the front desk, a hand truck for anything heavy. Give us the building's requirements at booking and we plan the visit around them.

Built-in and panel-ready kitchens

Panel-ready fridges, integrated dishwashers and built-in wall ovens have to come out of the cabinetry to be serviced. We mark the panel going out and put it back flush, so doors and trim line up the way they did.

Walk-ups and closet stacks

Pre-war walk-ups and stacked washer-dryers tucked into hallway closets are normal here. No basement charge, no walk-up surcharge — pulling the stack is part of the visit.
